Our team provides daily food service support to the recruits and service members who train and serve at MCRD. As a Food Service Worker, you’ll play an essential role in serving meals, cleaning the dining facility, washing dishes, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our troops.

  • This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with ITPEU. As such, the terms and conditions of your employment, including wages, benefits, and other working conditions, will be subject to the provisions of the agreement. New employees will be provided with a copy of the CBA upon hire. 

Requirements


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. 

  • Prior experience in food service preferred.

  •  Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Card; training and certification provided upon hire and periodically thereafter.
